See, just choose DO NOT FREEZE option while giving your seat acceptance status.
Then after confirming it by using your password and OTP on mobile, pay the seat acceptance fee. Then just go to ARC with Two Printouts of Seat Acceptance Form and get it verified over there.
Then you will be Eligible to participate in next round by filling fresh option form.
