Hello student,
Training to become a pilot in India is really an expensive proposition. Only if you join Indian air force through NDA to become a pilot at air force station then it is free. Here is a list of scholarships
- India airlines scholarship -amount of about 4 lakh given on merit cum means basis per batch.
- air India scholarship -same
- Rajiv Gandhi Foundation -this is for two women pilots of rupees 300000
- jrd Tata memorial scholarship- about 1 lakh
- Madras flying club also government scholarship.
