Dear Manoj

For SASTRA University B. Tech Admissions , 70% of the seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their JEE Main  performance and their performance in 12th standard, conducted by various boards across India.

this is a second type of category where they consider your 12th boars marks. (30% seats will be filled)

TN board students should have atleast 1100+ to get a seat and above 1150 to get all the core branches.

AP board students should have minimum 975 to get a seat and 985+ to get core branches.

Disclaimer ; above mentioned requirements are based on my analysis , they may vary from 5-10 marks every year.

GOOD LUCK and keep asking!
