My 10/12/grad (non eng) is75/48(illness)/82. If I score well in MH CET and clear SIMSREE, KJ SOM AI cutoff can i get into there for MMS?

As per the eligibility criteria for MMS in SIMSREE,
Graduate with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of candiadte domiciled in Maharashtra and belong to reserved categories .)ornappered at an ecam equivalent there would be treated as a common entrance exam .
