my 10+2 board exam result is 87.6% and i am from west bengal. can i get a bsc in geology? if yes then what is the college which will be best for me?

Hello,

Of course you can get admission for the B.Sc Geology course, as the minimum eligibility criteria is- A candidate must pass 10+2 with PCM or PCB and English along with a minimum aggregate marks of 55% in the last qualifying examination from a recognized board or university.

Further, some of the good colleges for the course, where the selection criteria is merit-based are-

  1. Presidency College, Chennai
  2. Hansraj College, Delhi
  3. Fergusson College, Pune
  4. St. Xavier's College, Mumbai
  5. MG Science Institute, Ahmedabad

However, some other institutes might conduct their own entrance examination for the purpose of selection.
