My 10=57% , 12=60% and B.E.=75 am i eligible for rbi grade b Exam ??

Yes you are eligible.
The eligibility criteria, educational qualifications is that candidate should have passed graduation in any discipline /Equivalent technical or professional qualification with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants).
