my 10th class result has my father's name with the abbreviation kumar as (KR ) in between of name and title but my aadhar card has addressed as Kumar also i have filled the application form of neet 2020 as kumar in between of my father's name and title will it get rejected

Shakshi, your father's name doesn't affect the merit list and so your application or admission will not be rejected. What we would suggest you to do is to get an Affidavit done by an Advocate stating that both the names belong to your father only. By producing this Affidavit, you will be producing legal evidence and so your Application will not be rejected and you will not face any problems during admission and counselling.
