Yes , you are definitely eligible for CAT examination with 91 % in graduation and thus can give CAT examination

To be eligible one needs at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA in graduation . SC/ST/PH students need only at least 45 percentage in Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline to be eligible .
