my 12 board score is 56% and mht cet score is only 35 percentile can I take admission for engineering with or without cet score?

According to your question and taking into consideration that you have got 35 percentile and 12th board score is only 56%.
I would like to tell you that you should keep another college as a back up like other good private colleges or universities as your percentile is too low for mht cet colleges. So, i would recommend you to take a drop if you have passed 12th this year and you want to go to a good government college or you can look out for other private colleges.
