My 12 bord marks is all total sub 54 Percent i shall do repeat to neet for mbbs so am able or not

Yes, you are eligible.
The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology at the qualifying examination. For students belonging to SC/ST or OBC category, a minimum of 40% marks must be obtained to be eligible for the NEET examination.
