My 12 class marks phy 53 chem 50 bio 75 so I eligible for any gov medical college??

Well, this is the average marks you have scored. It is difficult to get into any reputed Government college whether in any discipline, even if you are elligible for Government.You have not stated the course/stream you want to go in. But let me tell you the scenario.
If you want to pursue with any BSc field then, you might not get Government Institute but yeah, may get into a Private College/Institute for sure.
If you want to pursue in BSc Nursing or MBBS/BDS courses then, you would have to qualify NEET Exam. And of course with the marks you have scored you are elligible for NEET. The college will be approved on the basis of the marks you will score in NEET.

- UR students must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in the combined group of PCB.
- The same for OBC is 45%
- And the same for SC/ST is 40%
