Check out the past year cutoffs (which are uploaded on the Delhi University website) and make a list of colleges that you are likely to get into. Then monitor them throughout the admission process.
92% is a great score! Let no one tell you otherwise. Our examination system does not look at holistic improvement and is only marks minded so never evaluate yourself on the basis of how some stranger evaluates you.
If you are a Christian candidate and have filled the Stephen´s form, then you might be called for an interview.
If you are reserved category candidate, then certainly you will certainly get through to Delhi College of Arts and Commerce
