My 12th certificate, Aadhar Card and PAN Card have my middle name (father's first name) but my birth certificate, 10th certificate do not have middle name. i am currently in college and using my middle name. Will this create any problem?

Hello,

The details in all documents must be same. The details given in the class 10th certificate are considered in most of the cases. So when you apply for admission or recruitment you have to fill the details as per class 10th certificate unless stated otherwise. Now, you can either change your name in class 12th certificate, Aadhaar Card and PAN card or you ca get an affidavit stating that both the names belongs to the same person. And whenever you have to attend document verification you can provide the affidavit so that you will not face any problem.
