My 12th class was completed in 2021. I was wasted 1 year. I joined bsc physics now can I give KVPY in 2023?

Yes you are eligible to give KVPY SB in the first year of your Bachelors of science. The syllabus is similar to KVPY SX and it also includes the syllabus of first year bachelor courses as well. Look at the official syllabus and prepare well. Go through the previous year question papers as well.
