my 12th cut off is 162.5/200 I have just applied engineering counseling, I want to study btech/be computer science and engineering, is counseling is just enough for joining engineering college for my cut off ? or have to apply any colleges?

I undderstand your concern but you have not mention the college for which you have applied for couselling, nor the entrance exam, nor the state(domicile as well as of your college) or your category.
