My 12th marks 50.62 and my jee main 2019 percentile 96 so I get admission

Hi Yash, the percentage in your qualifying exam is less than 60 percent so you are not eligible for B Tech programs at LPU, the university where I teach. However, your JEE percentage is simply awesome. I would suggest that you can take admission in any of the B Sc programs.

As you mentioned your 12th marks are less than 75% which does not full fill the eligibility criteria for taking admission in NIT on the same hand you got 96 percentile in your JEE mains exam. Ok,if we consider some other colleges where you can take admission by having 12th % more than 50 % so you can definitely take admission in these colleges and if question is of NIT so sorry to say but you can not take admission in these colleges but you can definitely take admission in some good colleges which take admission on the basis of JEE mains with minimum percentage criteria in class 12th is 50%.
And for taking admission in NIT you will have to give improvement exam next year( if possible with board) and again you will have to give JEE mains exam.
