Being in the general category, it becomes all the more difficult to get admission into SSCBS due to the level of competition. DU JAT has more weightage than GD/PI (which sometimes is not even conducted). Out of 360, try to score more than 260 marks. Rank, although depends on your and other general category students’ performance, can also play a major role for admission here. So, anything under 160 is a good rank and you’ll get atleast one of the courses (BMS/BFIA). Lastly, both these courses have a duration of 3 years. Hope I have cleared your doubt. :)
