Dear Prashant, you have numerous career choices after 12th, based on your interest. Like, if you are a Science student, you may like to pursue engineering from a good college Or you may pursue a course of B. Sc. from a good college/University. For this, you have to apply for various entrance tests that are conducted by different universities and colleges. For engineering entrance, you may prepare for JEE.

There are medical entrance tests for those who wish to join medical field.

Or if you are interested in arts and humanities, you may like to pursue B.A. courses from DU, BHU, etc. There are ample opportunities in this field. You may even want to prepare for the CIVIL SERVICES, whatever stream you choose.

Then there are fine arts, commerce, etc.

And I personally believe that you don't really need to do what everyone else does. You may tell me if you have some specific interests.

Your graduation field and your career will merely depend upon you interest and your dream job .I think first identify your interests and what is your talent then you can choose fields from that subject.

You have not mentioned your 12th Stream.

So if you are from science stream some of the following may follow you:

1) if you have given jee or cet and scored good enough in it and also have interest in maths ,physics,etc then you can go for engineering.

2) if you have given cet or neet and have interest in biology then you can go for medical field which also has too many types of jobs in it.

3) if you are interested in chemistry then you can go for pharmacy.



If you are from commerce stream then you can go for BCOM or in any finance sector or go for CA and CS exams .



The most trending are the competitive exams like UPSC ,state PCS , banking ,etc which does not need any particular field.  it just needs graduation degree so you can go for it if you are ready to strive hard for success.



These are not only the fields but they are just common ones. If you find your interest then you can search for the specific one.

Hello Prashant, Never make decision of career depending on marks. Everyone suggested that make career in your field of interest. I also belive inthat. So first understand your interesting fields. Consider 12 th marks also. But preference should be for interest. Make a list of area of your interest. Collect information about each area. Like future scope, career options in that field, salary, etc. And then decide what to do.

You should choose that career which you have interest . If you have interest in engineering then you can do engineering . If you have interest in in upsc then you can do graduation ba ,BSC, BCom .
