If you have OBC and have aggregate of 60% the then you are eligible but if have it below than this then you are not eligible. But if you are SC/ST then you would have  been eligible for AIIMS .

As per the eligibility criteria of AIIMS candidate belonging to OBC general category must have at least 60% in aggregate in physics chemistry biology and English,for SC ST category students the aggregate percentage in physics Chemistry English and Biology must be at least 50%for PWD candidates the aggregate percentage marks in physics chemistry biology and English must be at least 45%.

so if you belong to OBC general category then you are not eligible else you are eligible for AIIMS
