my 2019 gate score is 553, general category, can i expect call from some new IITs and interdisciplinary branches of some old IITs??

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, stream of engineering etc, see you may apply for ms course in iit guahati or iit mandi, ms is 3 years duration course and cutoff score goes lower than m.tech.
