As you have mentioned that your neet score is 429 marks. Lat me tell you if we look previous year's 520 marks secured a seat foe home state for mbbs. But if we predict this year's cutoff which would be around 560+ marks for mbss fir government medical colleges.
So, looking this scenario you may not get a seat for mbbs neither in AIQ nor in state quota.
