Hello aspirant.
According to Andhra Pradesh domicile rules, a candidate must have studied from that local region (AU/SVU/OU region) for a minimum of 4 consecutive years, immediately after which he/she gave the examination, which is NEET UG in your case. Also, if the candidate has resided in the same local area for 4 consecutive years, he/she shall be applicable for holding the domicile certificate. Hence, your 6th and 7th certificates do not matter here and you will not be required to upload those certificates while counselling.
Thus, to apply for your state counselling, which is Andhra Pradesh, you will need to pay an application fee of rs. 6000, select your colleges and lock the choices.
