My 80 percentile in obc categary and 12th from ncr and isc board so can i get admission in Mait or some delhi colleges

With that score you would be able to enter some college of Delhi University for sure but I wouldn't recommend it if you are planning on regular studies because these marks would only allow you a sub par standard college.
But you would get a degree from the DU itself.
Your choice!
