My academics are low (88 in 10th, 50.77 in 12th, and 69 in BBA) and a gap year. I have also done several internships and certifications. Is it still possible to get into a top finance company or a top MNC post my MBA in placements? If so, which companies can I target considering my profile?

I hope you are doing good.
Firstly I would strongly advise you not to panic and feel demotivated for your profile. their are various other ways to improve your profile like work exp, your internships, skills, extra activities. Top finance company looks academics score upto a level after that they only seeks for skills and communication. hence their many chances you will get into top finance company like JP MORGAN , berkshire and mncs like amazon
