My actual score is 20 and percentile score is 68.047 in TANCET (MBA). I belong to BC category. What are the colleges i can get through councelling.

According to your marks your expected rank is very low which cannot take you to tier 1 MBA colleges like Anna University, PSG Coimbatore and so on.
On the basis of this rank you can get low tier colleges which does not have proper faculty, countable placement statistics and other required facilities.
I would suggest you to prepare for any other entrance test for your respective field.
