It doesn't matter from where you are filling the online form as long as the details you have filled are correct you will not face any problems. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the NEET exam on September 12, 2021. The authorities will release the NEET 2021 admit card in the second week of September. The tentative date for the release of NEET-UG hall tickets 2021 is September 9. keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. NTA conducted NEET 2021 registrations from July 13 to August 10, 2021.

I hope by pincode you means the pincode of your address. If it's that pincode then it's not a problem for you because in admit card it will your addhar card number will be there and sometimes one city have different pincode according to area if that pincode is of that city/village you belong to than also not problem.
No one is going to check your address or pincode things so don't worry about that.
From addhar card they might match your addhar number and name to neet admit card that's all.
So be sure that you have mentioned rightly your addhar card number which is 16 digit number on front below.
