Yes you can.

For amritapuri because it is in your state,The cutoffs rank for cse and mechanical for in state quota was about 16000 and 17000 respectively.

For coimbatore, the in state quota will not apply. The cutoffs for cs was about 1100 and for mechanical it was 3200. So that will most probably not be possible.
