my aeee rank is 17000 i am from TN and i am eligible for state quota whether i will get admission in amrita coimbatore for any branch

Yes, you can get into Amrita school of engineering at coimbatore. Your rank is good enough for virtually all branches in this college. Except cs. And maybe you might be waitlisted of electronics and communication engineering. But apart from that, and seeing last years and this years tentative cutoff, you will surely get in. Yes fees will be same for all ranks unless you get a scholarship.
