For appearing in neet exam the basic eligibility criteria are:-
#educational-
10+2 with min.50%marks for UR and 45%marks for reserved categories
#age limit-
17-25 years for UR and,
17-30 years for reserved categories
#attempts-
Firstly it was said that a candidate can appear for neet for only 3 time upto their upper age limits. But,later this rule of attempts was discarded by nta for the year 2019. But,still 50%are against it so new rules regarding the no.of attempts can be introduced in year 2020.
Right now, there is no exact information about the exam attempts limit for neet 2020, so we can't gave exact answer about it.There are 50-50 chances though.
For exact information i will suggest you to keep checking the official nta and neet websites timely.
