MCA : Masters in Computer Application. The duration of the MCA program is for a period of 3 years for candidates belonging to different relevant streams. For BCA students the duration of the MCA course will be 2 years. The MCA course is available in regular full time, online and Distance education mode. Candidates willing to pursue MCA courses are required to qualify the entrance exam conducted at the national/ state or by the University. There are state-level exams for MCA admission in various states. After that shortlisted candidates are required to take part in the Counselling Process.
After the Counselling Process, selected candidates may be required to face Group discussion or personal interview round followed by a Document verification process. Then the candidates finally offered admission to the college, just they needed to pay the required fees to confirm their admission.
You can also get admission for MCA without giving the entrance exam also by going for direct admission process. The only Requirements are that you should have already passed BCA or other equivalent examination.
