There is no age limit for BA hons foreign language and the eligibility criteria says that the candidate  should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board and the student should also score 50% marks in this examination .English, Regional Language and any two of History, Geography, Economics, Political Science and Sociology should be completed at 10+2 level of education as a combination.

The eligibility to pursue a course doesn't merely depends on the age. Each Institute has it's own eligibility criteria and age requirement. Few Institutes doesn't keep any bar on age while few Institutes has upper age limit you have to check the eligibility criteria before seeking admission in to a college. And the eligibility depends on the course as well. You need to fullfill the minimum education qualification requirement as specified. Since you have not mentioned any Institute it is difficult to provide the eligibility requirement.
