my aggregate percentage in pcb subject is 55% percent after qualifying neet with good rank can i take admission top government medical college like bhu varanashi and gmch chandigarh except Aiims because i don't have 60% percent in pcbe and is some top government medical college required 60%percent

Yes! You are eligible for your NEET Exam- National Eligibility Enterance Test which is conducted by NTA- National Testing Agency. And 50% marks is eligible for NEET exam.
There are so many private and government colleges which take admissions on the basis of NEET Cut-offs and marks.
MBBS course is 5 years and 6 in which 4 years is for academic and 1 year is compulsory for Internship as per guidelines.
You can take admission in BHU Varanasi college in which fees is 10,369/- per annum. The admissions taken on the basis of NEET enterance exam and then you can proceed for your counselling procedure.
There are total 84 seats are available in MBBS, which 4 seats are for NRI students.
