My AIIMS 2019 rank is 7897 and OBC rank is 2492,is there any chance of getting any AIIMS in open round?

If you belong to SC/ST category then you have chances of getting admitted into the below mentioned AIIMS but if you belong to UR category then it would be difficult to get a seat in AIIMS:
1)AIIMS-Bhopal
2)AIIMS-Patna
3)AIIMS-Rishikesh
4)AIIMS-Raipur
