My aiims rank is 1195(UR).is there any chance to get any collage in this year?

Abin, in 2017 the cut-off rank for general category was 1720 and the candidate got a seat in AIIMS Patna. So, going by the trends, you seem to have a fair chance of selection.

You have got a very good rank.
Its definitely not easy to get a rank in aiims.
But, the chances are very less that you will get a seat.
Do keep trying till the last round.
