After a candidate submits the form, it is checked by the AIIMS authorities to make sure that all the details written in the form are valid and according to the guidelines. Once they check the form and don't find any discrepancy your form will be finally accepted.

Till the form isn't checked, it is called Provisionally accepted.

You don't have to worry about anything. Just wait and keep studying. This is the usual process, anyway.
