Hello,
----- It would have been very helpful to guide you with entire details precisely had you mentioned your category too in the query.
Since you haven't mentioned your category, I would consider you as a General Category candidate and will answer accordingly.
---- Now According to previous year data for All India Quota, AIQ Counseling, last candidate from General Category to get MBBS seat in KGMU had All India Rank 1800 and got seat in round 2.
------ Now if we go by this data your chances of getting KGMU is a bit low.
cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.
----- Now if we talk about the State counseling then going by the previous year data for State counseling, last candidate to get MBBS seat in King George's Medical University, Lucknow had All India Rank 2568 and marks 657.
----;-- Considering this data Your chances of getting KGMU through UP state counseling are quite high.
------ Also let me tell you that if you are alloted any college then either you have to take admission in it or just let it go as per your will only in the 1st round of AIQ Counseling. After you take admission in any college through AIQ counseling in Round 2 you wouldn't be able to leave it
