My AIQ is 1420 and EWS rank is 93 can i get AIIMS BHOPAL

Before 2020 to get admission in one of the AIIMS you need to give the aiims entrance exam and for AIIMS Bhopal you need to have a rank within the top 200 (for general category student). Since this is the first time admission to aiims will be given through NEET it is highly uncertain how the cutoff will be however I would recomend you to use
