my aiq rank is 30883, neet score is 431, delhi quota, will I be able to get admission in any government college either in delhi or anywhr

Hello,
According to your marks, chances are less of admission to Government medical colleges in Delhi under State quota.
For government medical colleges in other state, you will have to apply under 15% All India Quota and under AIQ, chances are less of admission.
You can try for admission to Deemed Universities and management seats.
