my AIQ rank is 833697 and catagory rank is 2299 in neet and I am a general PWD candidate from West Bengal ,can I got any government medical college??

Unfortunately, with this score, your chances of any seats in MBBS, BDS are difficult. The cut off for General Category PWD is 146-129. But this is just the qualifying cut off and you will atleast need 400 and above for a seat. You might have to consider reappearing for NEET in 2021.
