Hi Kanwal!!! Congratulations on your rank and I am glad to inform you that with your rank you can get MBBS in U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah whose cutoff last year was 24,680 and leaving that you don't have a chance of getting a government bds seat as there's only one bds government college in UP whose cutoff last year was 14086.
