My AIR 16K and community rank 5732, will i get DNB medicine or general surgery in top institutions..??? Suggest any institutions

With and all India rank of 16000 and category rank of around 6000 you should not be expected DNB medicine or surgery in some top institutions at least not DNB medicine which won't be perhaps available in most institutions at that rank as well at least till the second ground do you might get chances in the mop up round of DNB counselling but as of surgery you should get it into good institutions given by the first or second round .so keep your hopes high and try for it all the best
