My AIR clat PG rank is 6259 and state OBC rank is 8 with west bengal domicile.Can I get WBNUJS or any other NLU??

The rank scored by you is really impressive and the college which you are looking for is also one of the top college with a good academic record, so you should definitely give a try though it is quite tough due to very high cutoffs and competition but as you have mentioned about OBC, hence you can apply in that category as well which might increase your chance.
