According to the category and rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs/GFTIs through CSAB Counselling as per previous year's cut-offs and for such rank I would suggest you to either sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks but the college will not be very good/satisfied or go with a drop year if you can afford. Prepare yourself for JEE-Main 2021 and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

If you can afford, you can also go for some private colleges such as SRM University, Amity University, VIT Vellore and so on. Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
