Yes it is percentile you will qualify for JEE advance as you are OBC NCL candidate. These are the preconceptions as per last year cutoffs. As last year the cutoff was around 74.5 percentile. But it would be better if you work more hard for the April attempt as you will get more good colleges on higher rank than this. Hope it helps.
