my AIR IS 12209 andhra domicile,women categoryand ncc.the girl with same category of me got seat in dsnlu in first list .Her rank is 7000 as the difference is 5k ..can i get dsnlu in 2nd or 3rd counseling?

You have mentaioned all the thing but have not mentioned your caste category, as your friend got the seat in round 1 then she owuld be a backward category caste girl, if you have the same caste you can get the seat in round 2 but if you both are general then there is no chance of you to get the seat in further round according to previous year cutoffs.
