Hi sabita ,
You have to understand that mba and btech are two
entirely different your knowledge of your opted branch during engineering wouldnt prove useful anywhere during this course , however just because of engineering you will find the quantitative paper easier then you colleague's from commerce and arts feild .
So as due to your good rank you should option for top
nits which will create a good impact during your PI round in admission process of mba . Whereas branch is on your interest basis as you have to be very thorough with your study material of your branch because questions on your branch are going to encounter you during your personal interview .
If you are interested in chemical engineereing then you can easily get it in nit warangal .

You have got a good rank in Jee mains. First of all for pursuing MBA from iim you need to study for CAT exam. It all depends on you how much time will you be able to give for its preparation, it has nothing to do with college or branch. Take up the branch that interests you, so that you can enjoy while preparing.
