according to me , if you have no problem in adjusting with the climate change(which acts as a major trouble for most) can go to chennai too. But if thats not the case, then you should definitely choose IHM kolkata. Make sure to double check every condition and possibility before selecting the best one.

I understand your confusion but you need to choose on the be behalf of faculty, education, placement etc and on the basis of that ihm Kolkata is way much better than Chennai one.
