With that rank you will be not able to get NIT Warangal in EC,EEE or CS no matter if you belong to home state quota or not. And if you want admission to that particular college then you can get bio-technology or chemical engineering in NIT Warangal. Rather than that if you don't want these stream you will not get seat in NIT Warangal but you can get other NIT's with your preferred branch. Hope it helped you.
