Going by last year's cutoffs, you can expect

  • ESIC Medical College Bangalore
  • ESIC Medical College Gulbarga
  • Mysore Medical College

And government quota seats in private Medical colleges such as

  • Dr BR Ambedkar Medical College
  • Navodaya Medical College
  • Karnataka Institute Of Medical Sciences
  • St John Medical College
  • MS Ramaiah Medical College
  • Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences

Etc under state quota. But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change. To get complete list of all colleges you can get based on your rank use this link http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
