Firstly congrats on clearing the NEET exam , and I assume based on your rank , you would have scored below 300. So with this rank I am afraid it is not possible to get a government college, moreover this year the competition is tough. However , you do not have to lose hope. These are some colleges which accepts low ranks anyways I have two suggestions , you can either attend the counselling and see based on seat vacancy whether you can get even better options than this , or you may prepare even better and attempt the upcoming NEET exam to get a desired government college.
